Wildlife Art Course

The Wildlife Art course is structured to enable you to appreciate the miracles of creation in nature, enrich your knowledge and to unleash the artist within. Gap year volunteers of all levels of experience are welcome. The emphasis is on offering a unique African bush art experience where the focus will be on:

  • Observing, painting and sketching wildlife in their natural surroundings

  • Art classes teaching you to capture mammals, reptiles, birds, plants and other creature images on paper

  • Art sessions and practical exercises encouraging you to develop and improve your artistic talents

  • Awakening and developing the artist in you by using your creative instinct

Artistic mediums that are used: pencil, ink, charcoal and watercolours.

The Wildlife Art course is geared towards a relaxed outdoor life style where people and wildlife mix freely. Taking part in our artistic getaway is a wonderful opportunity to meet different people from different cultures and share their art styles, thoughts, ideas and experiences.
